below is a list of the popular choices of cake flavours for both celebrations and wedding cakes.

Some people go for something different in each tier, this gives you and your guests the choice, catering for different tastes. We are also happy to collaborate on flavours so if it’s not on the list it doesn’t mean that it’s not possible. It’s always fun trying new flavours such as hazelnut praline, peanut butter, peppermint, ginger and other spiced cakes.

With our wedding customers we also offer a wedding consultation service. This is where you will get the opportunity to taste some cake and talk all things wedding over a cuppa. These meetings usually take place on a weekend and are booked in on a first come first served basis.

VANILLA
Classic vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

LEMON
Light lemon sponge with a lemon drizzle, lemon curd and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

CHOCOLATE
Rich chocolate truffle cake with chocolate truffle and chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.

STICKY TOFFEE
Toffee cake with salted caramel and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Indulgent chocolate orange sponge with an orange syrup, filled with chocolate orange truffle and chocolate orange swiss meringue buttercream.

CARROT
Moist, nutty carrot cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

CHERRY & ALMOND
Almond sponge with a black cherry syrup, black cherry jam and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

COFFEE
Coffee cake with chocolate truffle and coffee swiss meringue buttercream.

RICH FRUIT
Traditional fruit cake with brandy, coated in a generous layer of marzipan.
